We work with trusted print-on-demand partners to create custom, made-to-order items just for you. This approach supports more sustainable practices and helps reduce unnecessary waste—but it also means shipping times may vary depending on your location and the product.
Local Fulfillment
Where possible, we use print providers located in or near your country to:
- Reduce shipping times and costs
- Lower carbon footprint from long-distance shipping
- Avoid excessive import duties or tariffs (especially for non-US customers)
This means your order may be fulfilled from the US, UK, EU, Canada, Australia, or other regions based on the closest available partner for your product.
Fulfillment Time
Each product is made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. This may vary slightly during busy periods such as holidays or special launches.
Estimated Shipping Times
Once fulfilled, typical shipping times are:
- USA: 3–7 business days
- UK & Europe: 5–10 business days
- Canada & Australia: 7–14 business days
- Rest of World: 10–21 business days
Note: These are estimates and can vary due to customs, location, or carrier issues.
Tracking Your Order
You'll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for it to activate.
Customs, Duties & Import Fees
International customers may be subject to import taxes or duties upon delivery. These are determined by your local customs office and are the buyer’s responsibility. We work to minimize these by using regional fulfillment centres whenever possible.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your shipping information before confirming your order. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. In such cases, re-shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense.
Lost, Delayed or Stuck Orders
If your package appears lost, severely delayed, or stuck in transit, contact us at info@memesandmasterpieces.shop. While we can’t control the couriers, we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue, including offering a replacement or refund if appropriate.
Partial Shipments
Orders may arrive in multiple shipments depending on which print partner is fulfilling each item. Don’t worry—your full order is on its way!
