We are a made-to-order business, which means every item is created just for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer’s remorse.
However, if your item arrives in less-than-perfect condition, we're here to make it right. Refunds or replacements are available in the following situations:

· The item is lost in transit

Once your claim is approved:
· Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer (where applicable)
· No restocking fees will be charged
